Newly furnished luxury apartment in a house by the sea. The property is located approximately ten meters from the sea. Guests have complete privacy, but if they wish to be on the public pebble beach, it is about 30 meters away. As part of the regular service, guests receive two beach loungers and an umbrella. Apartment has own private jacuzzi. Parking is free and located on the property. Guests can also use the grill. Closest shops are in the town of Rogoznica, about two kilometers away.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
