Our modern furnished apartment is located in the basement and offers a room with living and sleeping area for up to 2 people. It has a comfortable box-spring bed, seating, TV, wardrobe and mirror. The spacious bathroom with toilet has a shower. In the kitchen are all necessary practical utensils and a wardrobe. Our 35 sqm apartment is a designated non-smoking apartment. Right in front of the house in a quiet residential area you will find a parking space for your car.

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

Unsere nette Souterrainwohnung ist in unserem Wohnhaus integriert. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss rechts und hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Küche bietet eine großzügige Küchenzeile mit einer Essecke, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Großen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Flachbildfernseher und 2 Sessel ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, der Markplatz ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
