Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a fireplace. Balcony and raised terrace with a view of Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and can be reached on foot via a tarmac hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be expecting you at reception for check-in at the Jugendstilhotel Trifels.
