The place is about 20 km from the metropolis of Cologne and is at the same time the gateway to the Bergisches Land with its excellent local recreational opportunities. Our accommodation is inspiring with its amenities and countless possibilities in the surrounding area (trade fair visits, Naturarena Bergisches Land, cultural activities). It is good for business travelers, solo travelers and groups of two people.

Gute Anbindung nach Köln: Mit dem Auto ca. 20–35 Minuten (je nach Ziel und Verkehr), mit Bus und Bahn etwa 50 Minuten (Abfahrt alle 20 Minuten) bis Köln Hbf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und kulturelle Angebote teils zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Kletterwald K1 ist fußläufig erreichbar. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Diele und Bad mit begehbarer Dusche.

Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, each a plasma TV in living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, guest toilet, free parking, terrace to the forest, modern furniture, smoking corner on the terrace ( please do not smoke in the apartment ). The apartment is not suitable as a craftsman accommodation for more than 1 guest.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Hello vacation guests and business travelers! We would like to share with you our beautiful guest house to fill it with life. The guest house is an adjoining house with private access. It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
