In the very essence of the Alentejo, it offers privacy and silence, surrounded by a fenced land with olive trees and fruit trees. The internet is available, but the real invitation is to connect with nature. The location is ideal: 5 min from Cercal, with essential services, and 15 min from the beaches of Porto Covo and Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf & Beach)

Our home is an agricultural house renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

Stay in a natural and idyllic retreat, perfect for complete relaxation. From the house, walk directly along a dirt path to the ocean and enjoy breathtaking hikes along the famous coastal trail: the Fisherman's Trail. The house is located close to the most beautiful beaches of the coast, the charming village of Zambujeira do Mar, and the iconic Cabo Sardão lighthouse. Its central location makes it the ideal base to explore the stunning Alentejo coastline.

Swimming pool with heated water. Typical Alentejo house with a mezanine bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Garden with barbecue, dining space and swimming pool with heated water. In the garden we have a beautiful wooden house with a bedroom with double bed, bunk bed,bathroom and air conditioning. Villa guests will always have access to both houses. There are no spaces shared with other guests either inside or outside.

Beautyful little house with outdoor kitchen, including a bbq area and a spacious terrace. The views on our farm are simply beautyful. On clear days you can can see the ocean and on the other the Monchique Mountains. If you love the simple beauty of lush nature, the stars and the silence at night which only allows to listen to the sound of the owle and the fox, you are just right with us. Come and enjoy the beauty.

Monte Das Covas is an authentic Taipa farm. It is a great place to relax and unwind. The house is surrounded by nature and has stunning views of the green hills. Since the summer of 2024, the home has had a high speed internet connection (via Starlink)
