You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with colorful pillows and a light throw. Natural light enters through a large window framed by teal curtains. A small bedside table with a lamp and a woven chair add functional decor to the serene space.

New built studio, in nature close to the beach

This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!

A light-filled living area features a soft, neutral-colored sofa adorned with decorative pillows. A large abstract painting hangs above the couch, while a leafy plant is positioned in a decorative pot. Wooden shelves sit against the wall, adding a natural touch.

Art, photos, and colors throughout the space reflect the local landscape. Soft morning light fills the rooms, and everything is new, comfortable, and carefully selected. Outside, a green patio with plants offers a peaceful spot to relax. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Located in the rural village of Brejão, close to fabulous, wild beaches and amazing hiking along the Fisherman’s Trail. Next to several restaurants, a small food shop, and a winery. The house includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, and a garden with fruit trees and local flora (weeds, really). Sleeps two.

Fica situado num local sossegado, perto do Centro Comercial, onde poderá encontrar supermercados, restaurantes, cafés, jardim infantil e lojas de variados ramos. A praia a 10/15 minutos a pé. Há quem desfrute de passeios a cavalo e no mar pode usufruir de passeios de barco, canoagem ou pesca.
