Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Seit über 30 Jahren vermieten wir unser 600 Jahre altes, 220 qm großes Bauernhaus gangjährig an Familien und Freunde. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen plus 2 Gitterbetten. Familien, die schon seit vielen Jahren zu uns kommen, schätzen die Ruhe und den vielen Platz im und rund um das Haus. Wollen Sie es nicht so ruhig haben? Auch OK. Wir sind die einzigen Nachbarn im Umkreis von 600 Metern und laute Musik hat uns noch nie gestört!

Our modern chalet in beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (extra sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances. Dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is stocked with pine wood beds, for a good and healthy sleep. In winter we highly recommend snow chains!
