Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Dear Allgäu friends, our cozy apartment is in the tranquil village of Hasenried away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is on the upper floor with great views from the balcony. The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for our holiday guests to use. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

Servus im Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. We have created a small retreat with a lot of love from the former stable. Our guests have a spacious apartment (about 58m²) with wardrobe, a natural stone bathroom, a fully equipped wooden kitchen, a full wooden bed, a living-dining area with TV and a spacious terrace with south and west-facing view incl. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Vacation home with garden, pool and hot tub

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
