Auf dem ca. 1000 qm teils naturbelassenen großen Grundstück mit Pool 3,5 x 4,5 m (Mai-Sept), Außenterrasse und Pavillon kann man sich sehr gut vom Alltagsstress erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Kinder haben Platz zum Spielen und herum tollen. Abends kann man es sich am Kamin gemütlich machen. Der See ist nur 800 m entfernt und bietet Wasser-, Radsportlern, Skatern und Gourmets ein vielseitiges Angebot.
