Apartment for cyclists, boaters and water sports enthusiasts and those who want to become one. An apartment, about 100 square meters in size, is rented out directly at the Großräschen harbor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, cozy living room, extensively equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor ( opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusitzer Seenland, which also includes Senftenberg Lake. There are about 10-12 flooded day buildings, which are connected by superrippers (currently still partly under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike trails around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian lakes a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lusitz Ring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are possible.

Im Herzen des Waldes, nur 300 Meter vom See entfernt, liegt mein Juwel: The Eastbank 16. Hier atmet meine Seele auf. Ob Radfahren, Pilzesuchen, Wandern oder Angeln – jeder Moment ist ein Geschenk. Es ist schön zu sehen, wie Kinder ihre Freude am Strand und beim Bau geheimer verstecke ausleben. Morgens höre ich den zarten Gesang der Vögel. Abends wärmt ein Lagerfeuer unter endlosem Sternenhimmel. Die Umgebung mit Spreewald und Schlaubetal verzaubert. Ein Ort, an dem mein Herz zur Ruhe kommt.

With its exclusive facilities, it meets the higher demands of a spacious holiday home and offers plenty of space for an extraordinary maritime family holiday up to 6 people on 2 floors. Living/sleeping rooms between the ground floor and upper floor are separated only by an open staircase (without door).

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.
