Located in a quiet residential area, right by the Rothaarsteig, you can set off on hiking and cycling tours straight away. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for two more guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Our apartments are located in Roßbach in the beautiful Grenzbachtal, a side valley of the Holzbach in the Westerwald, between the historic town of Hachenburg and the beautiful old town of Dierdorf. Neuwied is the nearest major city. Experience the beauty of our Westerwald nature during your vacation. For example, the nearby Waldsee (about 2.8 km). Fishing and swimming are possible here. The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
