In winter you can use the extensive cross-country skiing area or ski in the surrounding area (Warth am Arlberg about 30 minutes, Jöchelspitze in Bach about 10 minutes by car).

There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.
