Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.

Denne unikke bolig, et gammelt missionshus fra 1912, har sin helt egen kirkelige stil. Gæstelejligheden har sin egen indgang. Den består af ét stort værelse med eget køkken og bad. Lejligheden ligger nedenunder i huset. Værtsfamilien bor på 1. salen ovenpå. Lejligheden har dobbeltseng og plads til to gæster.
