Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI.
