Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Två nyrenoverade stugor belägna på en stor kuperad tomt med flera fina platser. Det stora huset är ca 90 kvm med fin utsikt över Bråviken. I gäststugan om ca 30 kvm bor du bekvämt men mer kompakt. Finns: apple-TV, internet, elbilsladdare. Uppvärmning eller svalka med luftvärmepump. Täcken och kuddar till 12 personer. Gäster tar med egna lakan och handdukar. Nära fin badplats och ca 2 km till mataffär & busshållplats. I Nävekvarns hamn finns sommartid restaurang och food trucks med mat och glass.
