Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Here you wake up with a view of Svärdsö on the other side of the water and only 200 meters to common smaller sandy beach, swimming jetty and swimming raft. Guests can add a day at the common boat dock when accessing the place. The house has three bedrooms with a total of six sleeping places.
