Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy a unique location by the sea. You have the property and the beach to yourselves, and they are a dream come true for sunbathing, swimming and relaxation. The beach is very shallow, which is suitable for both kids and dogs. The house is very much appreciated by canoeists, who then have a short paddle to the Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Two newly-renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: Apple TV, internet and electric car charger (for a fee). Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to a grocery store & bus. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

The cottage dates back to the 1700s, red with white knots, and is next to my house with a lush garden. Private shower/toilet, free coffee and tea, outdoor area with barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Close to Trosa, Nyköping, Nynäs Castle and Stendörren Nature Reserve. Please note: low doorways.

On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
