(Kohana = tree ice in the Nagano dialect) The facility is a large 1LDK villa nestled in the Black Princess Forest. Shinanomachi Interchange is about 5 minutes away, and you can enjoy a year-round stay, such as Lake Nojiri, snow park, sauna and activities, etc. We recommend staying for 2 nights or more (discount available) In the summer it is cool and the water is cold. - In the cold winter of 10 degrees Celsius, you can stay warm and comfortable from your feet with underfloor heating. There are 2 toilets, and the first floor is flat, so it can be used safely by everyone from children to the elderly. Kurohime slopes are 5 minutes away, and there are many slopes within 30 minutes, so you can enjoy various terrain. There is a free fire pit rental for BBQs. Feel free to use the seasonings and firewood On a bad day, there are darts, jenga, and table tennis while playing darts, jenga, and table tennis, as well as nearby hot springs and saunas. Mimo's Cottage is a renovated pottery studio cottage. It is located in a place where you can enjoy the beautiful nature of Shinano-cho, Nagano Prefecture, which is rich in nature, and there are many magnificent mountains nearby, so you can enjoy various activities such as skiing, trekking, and water sports at Lake Nojiri throughout the year. The cottage has an atrium tatami mat living room for families and friends to gather. The three bedrooms are clean and warm, and all rooms are relaxing. There is a Japanese-style room on the ground floor and a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 large and 1 small, on the second floor. During the snow season, it is in a great location just a 5-minute walk to the 6th lift of the Tangram Ski Circus, with excellent access to the ski slopes. Famous ski resorts such as Myoko area ski resorts, Nozawa Onsen, and Roketa Alpine Resort are also 30-40 minutes away by car. It is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy winter activities. In the green season, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, SUP, and fishing at Lake Nojiri, which is a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the great outdoors of Shinano-cho.

Nozawa Cottage is set right across the road from the slopes,so you can ski in ski out and it’s only 150 meters to the main Nagasaka Gondola! You can kick back in the living room and watch people gliding down the powder on one of Nozawa’s steepest runs, catch the ski jumpers on the Olympic Jump Course, or watch the kids slide past the door. Nozawa Cottage has a pretty unique layout. The building is shaped like a triangle, and we fully renovated recently with a contemporary feel.
