Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Old Town Studio: Feel the Authentic Novigrad

Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green.
