This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Walking distance to Tønsberg city center and great hiking areas in the forest just outside the door. There is no traffic noise. The apartment is in the basement, but has big windows that provide a lot of light. The living room is cozy, with a dining area. The bathroom is large, with washing machine and space to dry cloth. Kitchen with stove and fridge. Double bed in bedroom and single bed in living room. Wifi and TV with Netflix logged in and Google chrome for streaming content from your phone. Free parking space right outside.

The house is located in an attractive residential area. Great view towards Tønsberg, Nesbryggen/Foynland strait as well as the Oslo fjord. Spacious patio of 2 acres plot. Sun from morning to night. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short way to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports space, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good space for summer!

Tons of outdoor activities in nature and the comfort of a newly built tiny house featuring full bathrom with shower, kitchenette, various good eating out-options nearby, in case you don’t feel like cooking. We arranged for a comfortable outdoor sofa area, and a fabulous dome in a natural foresty area, so our guests can comfortably enjoy nature.

Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

It has a separate entrance with free use of a large garden with fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetable garden and chickens. Golf course, farm cafe and great hiking terrain in the neighborhood. Nice sunny patios at the cabin. Double bed, removable sofa bed and sleeps 3 in the loft.
