Cafe experienor - charming house from 1890 and attached annex in an exclusive location out to the fjords and mountains. Breakfast is served at the cafe – homemade bread, freshly squeezed juice, etc. From May – Sep. the cafe is open, and cafe guests also use the toilet in the annex (Wednesday – Sunday 11am-6pm). The toilet washes every day at 6 p.m. Our guests have the opportunity to use the café's facilities in the evening when the café is closed. The rest of the year the café is closed, and guests can use all the café's facilities!

Old Vicarage - Charming Guest House

Guest house on Tennessee by the Balsfjorden south of Tromsø. It was a former vicarage and is now a private home with a large garden. There are scenic surroundings and the farm is next door to great adapted petroglyphs. There is lovely hiking terrain in the nearby area and in nearby mountains and a good starting point for day trips by car to Tromsø, Lyngen and Senja. Fishing in the fjord from the quay. The house is renovated and furnished with temporal furniture. 3 double rooms (6 pers.) can be rented as a whole or individually.

Bed & Breakfast Ylläs Room 1

At Bed & Breakfast Ylläs we offer traditional home lodging with breakfast close to Ylläsjärvi lake and Ylläs Fell. Our house is right next to cross-country skiing and nordic walking trails. In the Villa there are four beautifully decorated guestrooms and they share a corridor, fridge, 2 toilets and a shower. With extra cost you may take a traditional wooden Finnish sauna. The kitchen and airy salon are shared with guests and two masters of the house. Breakfast is self-service or service.

Once upon a time, there was a valley—and it still is a valley. This is where Asbjørnsen and Moe collected their fairy tales! Stepping onto the farmyard at Nordigard Blessom feels like entering a true Norwegian folk tale—a piece of living history. According to legend, Nordigard Blessom is the oldest farm in Vågå, surrounded by historic and enchanting surroundings. The farm has its own folk tale: “The Giantess and Jehan’s Blessom”? Would you like to hear it? Welcome to the real adventure!

Cozy room 20 meters from the High Coast trail.

Nice little room with a single bed and a double bed. In the room there is a small fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. Outside the room is a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. A perfect room for hikers and other visitors in the area to stay in. Toilet is shared with me and is upstairs. Warm welcome. The village is called Järnsta and is about 4 km from our small town center where there is a grocery store, pizzeria, church etc.

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Bittes Gjestehus

Homey accommodation in the yellow house about 300 meters from bus/railway/E6. The house was built in 1952 and is located in the quiet residential area of Tollmoen down towards the river. 2nd floor is newly renovated to accommodate guests. Simple breakfast included in price. There is now a full kitchen on the 2nd floor. There is an attached shower and wc for the rental part. There is a washing machine installed in the bathroom.

Sleep well in the former mankel room, in the shelters of traditional clay plasters and old logs. The old idyllic yard offers a peaceful atmosphere. Previously, this room has mangled village cloths and sheets. Now fully renovated with traditional methods, the room offers an atmospheric and peaceful night's sleep for visitors. In addition to breakfast, the price includes relaxing steam in an idyllic, wood-burning yard sauna.
