When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Stay in a cabin on stilts out on the mountain and feel the feeling of “hovering over the water”. Cook in the cabin's kitchen, or on the fireplace out on the terrace. Feel the warmth in the cabin, when you fire up the oven. The experience of simple life allows for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm sale was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next to it, you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
