Cozy studio apartment near Sandefjord city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with a view towards Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many swimming beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Quiet and idyllic small farm with goats and chickens. Nice hiking terrain close to the farm, and easy starting point for exploring Senja. Possible to rent with a naust barbecue area. Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Our small (38 square meters) and high-standard guest-apartment is on the 2. floor, located in a quiet historic neighborhood, and comfortably fits a couple. Enjoy heated floors throughout, a well equipped kitchen, fast fiber internet connection , and a TV with many cable channels. For safety there is a sprinkler system & fire alarm. Also enjoy short walking distance to the central square of Bergen (Torgalmenningen), and easy access to public transportation. Notice no elevator.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.
