Lovely self contained flat

Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. We’re situated in a nice quiet residential area, yet close enough to plenty of shops restaurants and pubs etc. With quick and easy access to A13 and M25

This lovely 2 bedroom Annexe, away from the main road is a lovely quiet place to retreat too. With 1 parking space available on the driveway linked to the main house of the property can easily be accessed via the side gate. Convenience shops only 3 doors down, small tesco or co-op only 5 minute drive away or fancy a spend up at Lakeside shopping centre only 10 minutes away with all the shops you can think of!
