Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Enchanting beaches are nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Casa Nicola

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.

The independent apartment, measuring 40 square meters, has a 10-square-meter patio in front where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. The beach can be reached by a very short private path, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, among pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation.
