Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Located on a hill, the terrace of over 200 square meters offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Portoferraio and the sea with the hills and groves in the hinterland. Far from tourist facilities, Casa Georgii is centrally located. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri are only a quarter of an hour away. Enchanting beaches are nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
