This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Semi-detached house with garden close to Stockholm

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Detta Airbnb är beläget i hjärtat av Gamla Stan i Stockholm, bara ett stenkast från charmiga restauranger och spännande sevärdheter. Boendet är inrymt i ett vackert gammalt hus med en unik atmosfär. Rent our newly renovated villa in a safe neighborhood. This spacious duplex offers a 77” smart TV, two dishwashers, a large kitchen, Peloton bike, office space, and 2 continental beds of 180cm + 1 bed of 140cm. Note, other tenants live in the same building but have separate entrances. Easy access to buses, commuter train (Stuvsta), and metro (Fruängen). Nearby amenities include grocery stores, shopping malls, and a cinema in Kungens Kurva. A small grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away.
