Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Romantic farmhouse with amazing views

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

House centrally located on Lolland.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a closed road. Close to forest, water, city, and highway access and exit. Just 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari park and 5 km to Krenkerup Gods with Bryggeri-Traktørsted. Only 24 km. to Krokodille Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarnbelt tunnel. We live 45 km from the southernmost point of Denmark Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music Dodekalitten in Kragenæs just 27 km away, where it is also possible to take the ferries to the islands of Fejø, Femø and Askø.
