Rural accommodation, located in the middle of the village, yet perceived as secluded with its lush garden. In summer there are plenty of bike paths and close to the swimming area Sandön (10 min walk). In winter there is access to slalom slope and cross-country skiing tracks (10 minutes by car to Lindbäcks stadium). The house has three 2-bed rooms + 1 sofa bed suitable for 1-2 children, i.e. beds for a total of 6-8 people. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Large kitchen. Bathroom with shower. The house has wifi. Sheets and towels are not included.

Stadsnära enplansvilla med utsikt över vatten. Huset har tre sovrum, ett extrarum, ett stort vardagsrum med kamin samt kök och matplats med plats för 8 personer. Det finns två toaletter, tvättstuga, bastu, badkar och duschar. Det finns uteplatser med matbord på både fram och baksida. Gasolgrill samt braspanna. En studsmatta och gungor finns intill huset samt grönytor, Luleås bästa lekpark ligger endast 100m bort. Att promenera till centrala stan tar ca 20 minuter. Parkering finns.

Nice house in lapland close to water and nature!

Relax in this beautiful house nearby a big lake with a outdoor fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the nice view. The house is big and is suitable for up to 7 persons and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is situated by the lake Storavan which is 60 km long and the nearest town is Arvidsjaur, 25 km from the house. If you like the nature, this is the place for you! In winter you can hop on the skis at the door and enjoy the trails on the lake or take a few laps in the lighted exercise tracks. The tracks offer a good workout for running, MTB, classic skiing, or skate skiing. From the house you see Svanstein ski resort with 16 slopes, only 5 minutes away by car.

A nice villa in beautiful Juoksengi with a view of Torneälv. Large sunbathing in a nice location. The villa has three bedrooms (one on the entrance floor). The living room with nice light from many windows and nice views towards Torneälv and Finland. On an entry level, there is a newly renovated electric sauna. New outdoor sauna in the yard.
