A cozy, simple apartment with good bus connections. 3 km to the city center, 600 meters to the supermarket area with grocery stores. The apartment is equipped with a cook cabinet. Shower and sauna are available in nearby building. Parking for one vehicle is included, it is a parking space with engine heater connected to the apartment. Pets are allowed in the apartment, 100 meters from the apartment there is a large dog yard in green area. The apartment also includes bed linens and towels etc.

On Brändön a small village North of Luleå you find this accommodation. Here you live close to nature, beaches and trails perfekt for running or walking. At the boat harbor the walkingtrail called Kuststigen begins. It's a forest path that runs along our beautiful coastal strip. There is a shorter and a longer walk. If you want, you can take a walk from the village center up to the top of Flakaberget and enjoy the view. Luleå city center is 23km away and to Storheden's shopping area is 27km.
