Welcome to our apartment that we rent out some part of the year when we do not use it ourselves. The apartment is located with the mountain outside the door with walking distance to the train station, grocery store, the hotel with spa, cross-country tracks and lift system, among other things. The property has three bedrooms for up to 6 persons. Sauna & shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dish washer. Exit to patio. Children's dining chair etc are available to borrow. P-zone area with engine heater. TV and fiber/wifi are available. Cleaning is not included. Warm welcome!

Excellent and convenient accommodation

Practical and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment for up to 8 persons. The apartment is located at old Kiruna Centrum, close to grocery store and 400 m from the restaurant Ripan. It is about 3,5 km to new Kiruna Centrum and it takes 15 minutes by bus there. The house is about 2 km from the Loussavaarabacken, an excellent place to see the northern lights on. Distance from the railway station to the apartment is 2.2 km. Free parking included. All operating costs. Bedlinen and towels is included in the price. WIFI INCLUDED

Newly-renovated apartment in Kiruna

Welcome to our cozy home! The bedrooms offer full sized double beds. In the combined kitchen and living room there is dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, microwave and a cozy dining area. The accommodation is best suited for 4 people, but if you are more, there is also a sofa bed for more sleeping places. In the living room are a 55” smart TV. The accommodation is located close to the bus stop and grocery store, walking distance to both new and old Kiruna Centrum as well as parking outside the house.

A great place to view the Northern Lights Sep to April and Midnight sun in June. We can provide information for snowmobile and dog sledge tours. Great for photography with particularly good light. Nordic skiing equipment free to use on trails round the village.(Provided we have your size). Warm clothing available if needed. Restaurant will open14/6/22-13/08/22 10am-6pm daily. Lägenheten är ett plan, 62,5 kvm fördelat på kök och vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, badrum samt utrymme med dusch och bastu. Här får 5-6 personer plats. Liftkort, skoteruthyrning och mycket annat som Kåbdalis Skidliftar erbjuder finns inom promenadavstånd. Vi öppnar upp datum allt eftersom - är det något datum ni önskar hyra men som inte är bokningsbart så kan det vara möjligt att hyra ändå, skriv och fråga!

Dina värd - Elisabeth med familj bor i huset. På 250m avstånd finns en matvarubutik, COOP, med generösa öppettider. Huset ligger nära gamla centrum. Butikerna från centrum har flyttats gemensamt och har nyöppnats den 1 september 2022, och befinner sig ca 3 km österut. Busshållplats finns på 350m avstånd, vid sporthallen - vilket är det enklaste sättet att ta sig till det nya centrumet. Vill du ta en trevlig promenad till nya centrum, så tar det ca 45 minuter.
