Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.

A short commute will have you at Victor Harbour, famous for its coastline and whale watching. Golf is 5 minutes away from the links layout of Lady Bay. Long weekends need to be booked for the duration if booked well in advance.

The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
