This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

Hidden Gem Across from the Beach

A company, relocation or holiday home with all the facilities you would expect in a home with no compromises. Linen included. Double glazed windows at the front of the home. The home has two toilets. All rooms have airconditioning. The Beach is across the road at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is right in the middle of Henley and Grange Jetty at 458 Seaview Road - Get the best of both worlds. Note: 4th bedroom is actually a sunroom running up off bedroom 3 - ideal for young children.

Luxury Beach House minutes walk from Grange Beach

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
