The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Self-contained unit with en-suite in quiet locale

Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.

The Annex at Bramble Cottage

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

The annex is a self contained bedroom ensuite with a contempory style. It has its own parking, private entrance and attractive courtyard garden with seating and firepit bbq. Inside, the accommodation has a well equipped kitchen station, microwave,toaster, kettle, mini fridge. Good local amenities, bakery servinghot deli, two pubs fish shop, Chinese, Indian and kebab takeaways. We are situated 3 miles from Holt and approximately 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The accommodation is peacefully located at the rear of the main property and over looking beautiful gardens alongside a seated gazebo which guest’s are welcome to share. We are located in the Victorian residential area of Sheringham, its a prime position only 250 meters from the sea front with its blue flag beach and on the edge of the town centre which hosts an array of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.
