The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Unser Preis ist inklusive der Tourismus-Tax, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

The property consists of 2 separate rooms, a shower room and a large laundry room in the basement of a family house. In the first room there is a bed (160 x 200). If requested, we can set up another bed (100 x 200) in the bedroom for €25.00 per night. Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Idyllic, tranquility & relaxation – all this is offered by our sustainable and organic shepherd trolley. Caravan muff ade, because here it smells pleasantly of wood. Natural materials create a particularly pleasant atmosphere where you feel at home – perhaps even better. Cozy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen as well as a table with homely seating for up to 4 people complete the whole thing. Bathroom, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.
