The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Unser Preis ist inklusive der Tourismus-Tax, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.
