In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

A small private farmhouse with 17,500 square meters of land. More freedom is almost impossible. The house offers cozy rooms and has a wonderful terrace facing south. A private electric gate leads to the property. There are many corners and small huts to discover on the premises. If it gets cooler, you can comfortably light a basket fire in the garden or the stove in the living room.
