Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

This charming 1930s house is close to the village for shopping. The dunes are around the corner and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy the spacious garden, brand new boxspring bed, bathtub, and rain shower. You can park your car for free next to the house. There are 2 (old) bikes available for a quick ride to the beach and afterwards, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. Please bring your own baby bed/chair for your little one 👶 For your convenience: Tourist tax is included!

The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips you can use the four bicycles we have (for free). We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the environment.

Ons VRIJSTAANDE huis hebben wij totaal gerenoveerd. Het heeft een tuin op het zuiden met veel privacy. Lekker eten buiten, een bakje koffie in het ochtendzonnetje, een boek lezen in de hangstoel op de veranda, het kan allemaal. Er is plek voor 2 auto's. In de schuur kunt u uw fietsen stallen. De woonkamer heeft veel ruimte en is licht door de meerdere openslaande deuren. Boven zijn er 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Het is gelegen op vakantiepark de witte raaf, dichtbij strand en duinen.

Walking distance from beach, Super clean & and me as a host that cares! All beds are made, and great towels! It has a huge sunny, fenced garden with complete privacy. The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with boxspring beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.

Wonderful laze in the sheltered garden on a sultry summer evening and with a private parking space, this is the ideal location to relax and enjoy your holiday. Cycling rental, surf lessons and rental of surf/paddle boards and Yoga classes are among the possibilities.
