Enjoy fishing from your private dock. We highly recommend taking the bikes for a cruise on the Legacy Biking Trail located steps from the house.

Welcome to our sweet home in Port Charlotte! Enjoy our updated home with a nice Florida room that overlooks our fresh water canal. Grab a chair and head down to the canal to relax or try fishing! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 30 min to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach or only 50 min to Siesta Key Beach. Or enjoy Port Charlotte Beach Park with a small beach, pier, boat launch and playground. It is only 5 miles from our house. Enjoy some R&R at our home!

Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly.

This is a studio first floor apartment, only 50 feet from the oversize pool and approximately 300 steps to the beach! Quick bike ride or a 20 to 25 minute walk to all of downtown Venice has to offer. About the same to Sharkeys and the fishing pier. Inside you will find all you would expect from a very nicely appointed studio. Efficiency kitchen new appliances and everything you need to prepare a simple meal. Lots of pillows super comfy brand new queen bed will ensure a restful nights sleep.
