Appartement très calme et central situé entre le port historique de La Rochelle et le port de plaisance des Minimes. Type 1 bis de 27 m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové et équipé avec un coin nuit fermé et un convertible BZ dans le séjour. Une place réservée en garage collectif en sous sol fermé et sécurisé. 2 placards pour déposer l'ensemble de vos valises. Une belle terrasse de 8 m2 ensoleillée le matin et le début d'après midi. Piscine collective accessible uniquement l'été.(Juillet/Août)

Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.
