Located by the river, on a 1.5 ha property full of charm, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located for exploring Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), strolling along the Canal du Nivernais, swimming at the foot of the mill, canoeing, cycling...the possibilities are many. Le Moulin have 16 beds (out of 2 houses: Le Moulin and a gite). You can go up to 18 people a little more sporty..

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

The house is a pretty workers cottage on the towpath sandwiched between the canal basin and the river Loire on the Loire à Velo cycle track. It is picturesque, comfortable and quiet with the bakery, butcher and épicerie within walking distance. We have recently installed a bike stand.
