Domaine ‘’Les Communs’ ’ Our beautiful 18th century mansion with its covered and heated swimming pool is located a 3min drive from the village of Franchesse and 7km from Bourbon-L'Archambault. Your gite? With a relaxed atmosphere between the old and the modern, the cottage on the Château side can accommodate up to 13 people. The cottage includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor area with charcoal barbecue. During your stay, you would have access to our 2 hectare wooded park.

Our group cottage is located in the hamlet of Les Simonots in the heart of the Nivern countryside in Burgundy. The natural, quiet and green setting offers our guests relaxing stays away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer rentals in free management or full board, with a friendly and family welcome. Optional activities from the center (mountain biking, donkey hiking) and surroundings (tree climbing, water activities...). Possibilities to transport small groups by minibus.
