Welcome to our stylish & cozy Basalt barn on the Gelbachhöhen in the beautiful Westerwald! A special retreat in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. Large kitchen, fireplace, piano, "Irish Pub", balcony and garden and nature right outside the door are waiting for you. Hiking trails, the nearby forest and attractive excursion destinations in the Westerwald invite you to explore. For couples or small groups of up to 4 people – peace, comfort and barn atmosphere included.

House overlooking the Rhine

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

At the beginning of the pedestrian zone and 2 minutes walk from the Löhrcenter. The old town, the castle and the Deutsches Eck are within walking distance. The apartment includes a large living room with sofa bed (sleeping area 1.20 x 1.90 m), a kitchen, bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Attached houseboat

We rent a houseboat on the Lahn in Fachbach with 2 bunk beds, as well as a 2 sitting/sleeping combination. The boat is suitable for up to 4 people. The houseboat is not rented for driving at the moment! For urgent and short-notice matters, please call. Please NOTE that the check-in times must be adhered to, as they are not flexible. The check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm at the latest. After that, check-in is only possible by arrangement.
