The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.

A private outdoor terrace is enclosed by wooden fencing, featuring a table with chairs and a parasol providing shade. Lush greenery, including a tree and potted plants, adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Light streams in from the sliding glass doors leading into the studio.
