On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.
