Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Sie ist 35 Quadratmeter groß mit großzügiger Terrasse, Fußbodenheizung, hochwertigen Möbel von Lambert bis Ligne Roset und Premium-Boxspringbett ausgestattet.

The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The location is perfect for excursions into nature or visiting celebrations at the nearby Clostermannshof. There are rental bicycles from local public transport just outside the door. A bus stop can be reached on foot, from which the bus goes to the S-Bahn (suburban train) stop Spich. In the village square behind the house you can park for free.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in the Windecker Ländchen. The circus wagon is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Own access & parking available. Every 30 minutes, S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to Koelnmesse).
