The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The house is situated in a small Eifel village, quietly in the countryside; it is stylish and captivates with its retro charm. The property is spacious, ideal for children and dogs. Olbrück Castle is in sight and within walking distance. The Maar am Ort and numerous paths invite you to take a walk. Maria Laach Abbey is 20 minutes by car, Nürburgring 25, Koblenz and Bonn about 40, Cologne 60 minutes. A car is necessary, only buses run to a limited extent.
