The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, with open living/dining area, large window fronts and magnificent views of forest & horses. A playroom (basement) for children, a large garden and a fenced property are at guests' disposal exclusively. In the attic there is a sauna to relax.

The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between castle and cellar forest. The garden was landscaped by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You are also welcome to start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "Kronjuwel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and elegantly furnished.

Our apartment is in a protected bird sanctuary, with mornings and evenings filled with birdsong. One bedroom sleeps 8 in bunk beds; the other has a cozy double bed. Enjoy grilling, swinging, or relaxing in the private garden, often visited by friendly free-roaming cats. A 55-inch TV lets you watch movies, TV showws for cozy nights.
