Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. With two bedrooms, an open concept living area featuring a chef's kitchen. The expansive deck provides a second living area with plenty of seating around the table or fire pit with lake and mountain views. The lower level provides a second deck and private dock - so bring your boat!

Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Maybe a good round of golf nearby? Or romantic getaway? Wine tasting close by. Pet friendly. Small fenced area that connects to the deck. Boat launch just two minutes away. Konocti Harbor resort is also just a couple minutes from the house, offering live entertainment, restaurant, boat launch and much more.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
