A secluded location in the heart of Newquay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. Ground floor flat has been fully refurbished to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway and kitchen lounge area and a private entrance. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Freeview TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Gas heating and an outdoor seating area. Perfect get away for couples or those on business in mid Cornwall.

Free Off street parking upon request. Train & bus station minutes away on foot. 15 mins from Newquay airport by Car. Extremely close to the beaches. Right on the edge of town but without all the noise of being within the core.

After I googled the street it mislead me a little to think that perhaps it wouldn’t be nice as the description, but have to say it’s a great place! :) Super clean, with absolutely everything you need, and lots of little lovely touches. Hard pressed to find any faults.. the bed perhaps wasn’t as extra comfy as I’d like, but that’s also personal thing and it certainly wasn’t bad, so I’m not complaining. The real test is, would I stay here again, and I absolutely would. Thanks for a great stay and great place :)”
We are a families and couples caravan set in walking distance of Newquay Zoo, Waterworld Leisure Centre, Newquay Boating Lake, town and beaches. Our 6 Berth van is equipped with a kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker), seating/dining area complete with TV, DVD player, double bedroom, twin bedroom, sofa bed and bathroom with hot shower. There is also a gas heater. We do not provide shower towels. There is room to park two cars. NO PETS. NO Groups Check in 2pm. Check out 10am.
