This beautiful home was originally hand built in 1850, rebuilt by the same family in 2024. The home is within feet of the Big Spring creek, which is a 6-mile-long limestone creek, emptying into the Condoguinet creek, Known for its class A brook and rainbow trout. Prince Street Suite

Freshly renovated in 2025, this suite is right in the heart of downtown Shippensburg, in a relaxed setting. It has a nice private yard bordered by greenery. It is located 1/2 mi. from Shippensburg University, and less than 40 minutes from Gettysburg. The suite is part of a larger Victorian style home that was built in 1893. It has tons of charm and a lot of nice natural lighting. There are no TV screens but we do have fast WIFI. There is 1 queen and 1 double bed in the suite.

The outside of the property features a beautiful red barb (inhabited with chickens and horses), large meadows, a garden, swing set, patio, and balcony. Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.
