This 30ft home on wheels was built with heart and purpose, offering a quiet place to unwind while still being in the city. It’s a compact space with the basics you need for a short stay. This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

This charming shotgun home from the 1920’s has been completely refurbished. It is located within 10 miles of major attractions in Louisville, and 1 mile from the many local restaurants and shops that downtown New Albany has to offer. Our home is pet friendly and family friendly! We hope our guests relax and enjoy our peaceful home!

Situated on a quiet hilltop neighborhood in Clifton Heights, this is the perfect location for a professional or personal visit to Louisville and very animal friendly. It is within 10 minutes of Downtown, Waterfront Park, Nulu, Frankfort Avenue, the Highlands, the Convention Center, and just 15 minutes from historic Churchill Downs. These neighborhoods feature the best dining and entertainment in the city. Just a block away is the Mellwood Arts Center complex with shops and dining.

Eclectic/Modern 1 BR in Clifton!

Updated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom stylish retreat right in the heart of the Historic Clifton neighborhood. Clifton is directly off Frankfort Avenue near the Highlands, Nulu, St Mathews, and Old Louisville neighborhoods. This 600 sq ft charming shotgun home was built in the 1900’s and it has a ton of character and “old home” charm, while still having updated features throughout. This home is very close to many restaurants and shops! You can walk, drive, or bike to Frankfort Ave.

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Walk or Bike your way to many local restaurants, shops, or take the byway to enjoy the scenic Ohio River.

The Point at Story and Frankfort Avenue

The Point is a spacious and completely renovated one bedroom (king) apartment. You will absolutely love the huge sectional couch while watching your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV. Unit very close to downtown with tons of options for local restaurants, breweries, bourbon tours and bars. Building is located in the heart of Butchertown right down the street from the new Botanical gardens, Nulu, walking bridge and soccer stadium.

The idea is to both indoor and outdoor give you a great experience that not everyone offers! We sleep 4 adults comfortably in our 1 KING size bedroom and 1 QUEEN size bedroom. We're located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced in backyard and we're Pet Friendly with a fee!
