Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. House with nice garden, the beach is located 400 m ( kerfany les pins) port du Belon nearby for direct purchase. The house is adjoining that of the owner and renovated in 2016 (private entrance and independent parking). Very peaceful .Bed garden to share with three chickens ...who love company. We specify that reservations for the period July /August are exclusively by the week (Saturday to Saturday)

It consists of a living area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. The accommodation has an outdoor area with terrace and a parking space. We accept pets but the grounds are not enclosed.
